Network Design Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, validate, and sustain supply chain network models to assess strategic and tactical design scenarios.

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (ERP, transportation, fulfillment, etc.) to facilitate network analysis.

• Perform scenario modeling to evaluate cost-to-serve, service levels, and capacity trade-offs.

• Assist in strategic initiatives such as expanding the distribution footprint, optimizing warehouses, and designing transportation routing.

• Analyze and summarize modeling outcomes to generate executive-ready recommendations and visualizations.

• Work collaboratively with Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Analytics teams to ensure model assumptions are aligned with operational realities.

• Document methodologies, data inputs, and modeling assumptions to ensure consistency and transparency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a similar analytical field.

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, network design, or operations research.

• Practical experience with network optimization tools (e.g., OptiLogic, Llamasoft, or equivalent platforms).

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage extensive and complex data sets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective cross-functional and global collaboration.

• Capability to work efficiently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
