Network Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee demand and program management tasks.

• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to acquire essential equipment and services.

• Ensure the timely delivery and installation of services.

• Deconstruct complex issues and assess effort and timelines.

• Manage vendors throughout the portfolio.

• Provide financial oversight for designated initiatives.

• Make well-informed technology choices based on thorough due diligence and impact evaluations.

• Lead and engage in design review sessions.

• Integrate existing technologies into design frameworks.

• Spot opportunities for network optimization and execute improvements.

• Ensure network designs and implementations adhere to company standards and security protocols.

• Collaborate across various teams and functions.

• Serve as a representative for Network Build functions with Digital Workplace, Sourcing, Finance, and Global Real Estate teams.

• Coordinate multiple concurrent network-related projects, including site builds, upgrades, and decommissions.

• Support the delivery of secure and reliable networking infrastructure for GE HealthCare.

• Function as an individual contributor without direct management responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive project/program management experience.

• Fundamental understanding of network infrastructure.

• Experience within a large, global, matrixed organization.

• Capability to manage a heavy workload and multiple simultaneous projects.

• Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Comfortable engaging with engineers and discussing technical matters.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar Project Management certifications are advantageous.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong time and priority management skills.

• Proficient stakeholder management capabilities.
