Network Architect – Platform Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Define and take responsibility for the DC Connect network architecture across EY Data Centers and Data Rooms worldwide.

• Oversee and update all logical, physical, and comprehensive connectivity diagrams.

• Set and uphold network architecture standards, design patterns, and documentation practices.

• Provide architectural governance and design validation for all DC Connect modifications implemented by Kyndryl.

• Assess and authorize network designs to guarantee compliance with resiliency, security, and audit criteria.

• Serve as the primary point of architectural accountability for DC Connect, minimizing ambiguity and operational risks.

• Work collaboratively with Platform Infrastructure, Security, and operations teams to ensure that designs are feasible, supportable, and compliant.

• Maintain a focused scope, deliberately excluding WAN, end-user networking, and non-data center areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in data center and data room network architecture, encompassing both physical and logical design.

• Demonstrated ownership of network documentation, diagrams, and architectural standards within complex settings.

• Experience in governing or assuring vendor-provided network designs and modifications.

• Strong understanding of resiliency, security, and audit factors in enterprise data center environments.

• Capability to act authoritatively while effectively collaborating with internal teams and strategic partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
