📋 Description

• Lead and nurture technical teams by fostering career development, providing mentorship, facilitating ongoing training, and ensuring talent retention.

• Act as a technical expert in the areas of Networking, Connectivity, and Security disciplines.

• Establish, execute, and uphold architectural and technical governance standards, frameworks, and best practices.

• Organize and enhance the team’s technical skills, ensuring they remain current and uphold delivery excellence.

• Propel the technology roadmap for the discipline, taking into account emerging technologies, certifications, innovation, and market dynamics.

• Advocate for the integration of Generative AI and AIOps in network operations, focusing on automation, configuration analysis, fault identification, and troubleshooting.

• Assist in capacity planning and professional allocation based on project and client requirements.

• Engage in pricing strategies and the formulation of technical and commercial proposals, factoring in effort estimation, seniority, and team composition.

• Foster process advancement through automation, NetDevOps practices, and continuous enhancement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Client Faces to identify opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline.

• Understanding of ITIL principles.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Proven experience in monitoring performance indicators and managing teams.
