NetSuite Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily administration, upkeep, and enhancement of the NetSuite ERP platform.

• Configure, deactivate, and manage users, roles, and permissions within NetSuite.

• Ensure data quality by monitoring and maintaining the cleansing, de-duplication, and accuracy of customer and vendor data.

• Aid in the establishment and maintenance of new General Ledger (GL) accounts.

• Provide prompt support to address system issues, incidents, and errors.

• Assist with configuration adjustments, customizations, and system enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.

• Support the development and upkeep of saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports.

• Offer assistance for third-party applications and integrations linked to NetSuite.

• Help with system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform.

• Set up, deactivate, and manage users, roles, and permissions within NetSuite.

• Monitor and maintain data quality, including customer and vendor data cleansing, de-duplication, and record accuracy.

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of new General Ledger (GL) accounts.

• Provide timely support to resolve system issues, incidents, and errors.

• Assist with configuration changes, customizations, and system optimizations.

• Support the creation and maintenance of saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports.

• Provide support for third-party applications and integrations connected to NetSuite.

• Assist users with system guidance, training, and best practice recommendations.

• Document processes, procedures, configurations, and best practices.

• Aid in system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
