This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• **Key Responsibilities:**
• - **Supplier Packing Slip Management:**
• - Assess supplier packing slips for accuracy upon arrival.
• - Execute Item Receipts in NetSuite based on the received packing slips.
• - Export and categorize Nevados packing slips from NetSuite into the designated folders on SharePoint.
• - Conduct daily checks of the Nevados shared email inbox for incoming packing slips.
• - Organize received packing slips by project names for systematic record-keeping.
• - Verify Purchase Orders in NetSuite and perform Item Receipt or Inbound Shipment transactions as necessary.
• - Input tracking numbers, additional cost information, and shipping/delivery dates into the Item Receipt in NetSuite.
• - Export packing slips generated by NetSuite and store them in the Nevados SharePoint for later review.
• - **Order and Purchase Order Management:**
• - Receive and review Open Order Reports (OORs) from the Nevados Supply Chain Team.
• - Analyze and refresh Purchase Orders to maintain ongoing accuracy based on OOR data.
• - Oversee routine updates (weekly/bi-weekly) from the Nevados Supply Chain Team concerning OORs.
• - Examine OORs for any updates regarding production, shipping, or delivery dates by Purchase Order number.
• - Revise Purchase Order shipping and delivery dates in NetSuite as necessary.
• - Record any date modifications in the Purchase Order Memo section for tracking purposes.
• **Qualifications:**
• - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• - **Experience:** Previous experience in a supply chain, administrative, or similar role is preferred.
• - **Skills:**
• - Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• - Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• - Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• - Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus.
