This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will oversee the project management of a diverse portfolio of large and complex projects.
• Manage budget overruns and handle change requests effectively.
• Organize and plan both internal and external project meetings.
• Monitor and communicate the project's budget status to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the team lead responsible for the performance and coordination of the PMO.
• Proactively consult with the project team regarding estimated task completion times in relation to the project budget, and collaborate with the SMT on pricing enhancements.
• Manage project escalations by liaising with sponsors from both sides, internally and externally.
• Plan resources for upcoming projects.
• Conduct internal PMO meetings to strategize and communicate process improvements, aiming for consistency and efficiency within the PMO.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying risks and issues, implementing structures to mitigate or eliminate them.
• Capability to understand the key components of a project, their impact on timelines, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Possess emotional intelligence to empathize with the pressures faced by both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring optimal performance from all team members.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, leading discussions with stakeholders at all project levels and comprehending their needs.
• Ideally, some familiarity with Salesforce or NetSuite would be advantageous.
• Solid project management knowledge, having completed Prince2, PMP, or an equivalent Project Management certification.
• Ability to lead a project from its inception through to closure.
• Proficient in utilizing project management tools to guide, control, and monitor the project effectively.
• Recognize when to adapt processes to accommodate client needs, SoW, and timelines.
