This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a senior client-facing leader responsible for the effective delivery of ERP implementations, specifically concentrating on NetSuite and Workday solutions.
• Lead and guide cross-functional project teams, ensuring that stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution; actively monitor availability and enhance utilization across engagements.
• Identify, evaluate, and address project risks by developing and executing robust risk management strategies and escalation processes.
• Manage project governance, including status updates, KPI monitoring, and communication with executives regarding project health and outcomes.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to assist clients through intricate ERP implementations and business transformation projects.
• Function as a Solution Architect on selected projects, directing solution design for NetSuite and Workday implementations, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to establish end-to-end system architecture, covering integrations, data strategy, and configuration decisions across NetSuite and Workday platforms.
• Offer strategic insights on system design trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of ERP solutions.
• Advocate for a client-first approach, utilizing expertise, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to deliver measurable value and favorable results.
• Uphold and exemplify BPM’s values, including supporting remote-first operations, utilizing digital collaboration tools, and fostering sustainable workplace practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in ERP consulting and project management, with proven expertise in leading implementations for NetSuite and/or Workday.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations within a consulting framework.
• Strong project management skills, including the creation of work breakdown structures, project plans, and resource forecasting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
• In-depth knowledge of ERP ecosystems, encompassing data migrations, integrations, reporting, and system customizations.
• Experience in contributing to or directing solution architecture for ERP implementations, including converting business requirements into scalable system designs across NetSuite and/or Workday.
• Proven track record of leading large, distributed teams across multiple simultaneous engagements.
• Outstanding client management and executive communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
