NetSuite Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on long-term client satisfaction and success. Act as the primary point of contact for client and project communications.

• Handle escalations, maintain RAID logs, and create effective risk mitigation strategies. Be the main escalation point for the C-suite, proactively identifying systemic project risks and managing complex negotiations.

• Supervise delivery team operations, ensuring that all process and system configurations align with project objectives, and provide final approval on key deliverables to guarantee high-quality results.

• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings to ensure alignment at the executive level. Set expectations, outline milestones, develop critical project management documentation, and lead status meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

• Strategically allocate team resources to project tasks to maximize utilization and ensure timely delivery.

• Oversee project budgets, track burn rates, and implement change orders as required to adapt to evolving project scopes.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s long-term objectives and offer recommendations and solutions that support those goals. Ability to step back from the NetSuite application to view the larger picture.

• Conduct business process discovery sessions for enterprise clients, translating global business needs into long-term technology roadmaps that extend beyond NetSuite.

• Design and present "to-be" processes utilizing industry best practices and drawing on relevant prior experiences to enhance operational efficiency and automation across the organization.

• Provide expert insights on how system modifications affect broader business functions.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants to enhance technical skills and promote internal knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to the advancement of delivery methodologies and strategic planning to boost implementation efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically targeting NetSuite implementations.

• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and resources.

• Strong knowledge of business process improvement and ERP strategy.

• Willingness to engage deeply in project details by supporting team members and/or driving system and process development.

• Humility to extend efforts within an engagement and assume project responsibilities/roles as needed for successful outcomes.

• Capability to motivate the team to achieve milestones, addressing employee performance or issues that may arise during the engagement.

• A strong sense of curiosity with the ability to independently solve problems and explore solutions using available resources, including AI tools.

• Exceptional communication and client engagement skills.

• Understanding of fundamental Project Management principles.
