NetSuite Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive NetSuite implementations from start to finish.

• Serve as a trusted consultant, prioritizing long-term client success and satisfaction.

• Handle escalations, maintain RAID logs, and formulate effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Supervise the activities of the delivery team, ensuring all processes and system configurations align with project objectives.

• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings to ensure alignment at the executive level.

• Strategically allocate team resources to project tasks for optimal efficiency and timely completion.

• Oversee project budgets, track burn rates, and implement change orders as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional consulting experience, including at least 2 years focused specifically on NetSuite implementations.

• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and resources.

• Strong grasp of business process improvement and ERP strategy.

• Willingness to engage deeply in projects by supporting team members and driving system/process development.

• Humility to broaden efforts within an engagement and take on various project responsibilities as required to achieve success.

• Capability to motivate the team in meeting milestones, including addressing performance issues that may arise during the engagement.

• A strong sense of curiosity with the ability to independently solve problems and explore solutions using available resources and AI tools.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Knowledge of fundamental Project Management principles.
