.Net/C# Technical Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Perform technical interviews and evaluations specifically for .Net developer positions to assess candidates' expertise in .Net frameworks and their capability to resolve intricate challenges using .Net technologies.

• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to create interview questions that correspond with the specific needs of the .Net roles and align with current industry practices.

• Deliver thorough feedback and detailed assessments of candidate performances to hiring managers, supporting the decision-making process.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in the .Net ecosystem to ensure precise evaluation of candidates' skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust technical background with significant experience in .Net technologies including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.

• Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a related position is strongly preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to convey technical concepts clearly and succinctly.

• Proven ability to offer constructive feedback and conduct interviews with a high level of professionalism.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
