This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Participate in the complete development cycle of our product.

• Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure the proper implementation of defined guidelines and best practices.

• Engage in technical sessions with the architecture team and other teams to align development with established technical standards.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, ensuring quality and performance.

• Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, driving automation.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards (both manual and automated using SonarCloud).

• Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI tools to enhance development.

• Train, mentor, and coach team members on the effective use of GitHub Copilot and other AI tools.

• Provide technical support and guidance to teams, helping them improve their technical skills, resolve queries, and apply best practices.

• Participate in key technical decisions within the development team, always aligned with global architectural guidelines.

• Degree in Computer Engineering.

• Proven experience of at least 7 years in backend development with .NET, including recent projects.

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in software development projects.

• Solid knowledge of hexagonal architecture (Clean Architecture) and best design practices.

• Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps.

• Experience with Cosmos DB (Mongo interface) and Azure SQL Server.

• Experience using GitHub Copilot for code review and generation.

• Commitment to Clean Code culture.

• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes.
