Net Revenue Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain systems associated with calculating third-party reimbursements.

• Collaborate with various departments and ministries within the Region on activities related to net revenue management.

• Prepare annual cost reports for Medicare and Medicaid hospitals, providing support during audits.

• Assess monthly third-party reimbursement settlements.

• Submit annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.

• Oversee the hiring, training, direction, development, and evaluation of staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR 7 years of directly applicable cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• A preference for 3 years of leadership or management experience.

• 7 years of experience with Medicare cost reporting in a hospital environment.
