
.NET Developer Specialist I – Direct Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Contribute to the development and advancement of payment solutions for the VD+ (Direct Sales) ecosystem, facilitating the reseller experience;
• Provide technical leadership in the separation of legacy systems (monoliths) into contemporary microservices architectures;
• Maintain code quality and standards by employing methodologies such as DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and Hexagonal Architecture;
• Execute service migrations and support cloud infrastructure, transitioning from Azure to AWS;
• Enhance complex queries and oversee relational (SQL Server, RDS) and non-relational databases;
• Foster an observability culture by monitoring production applications and proactively responding to alerts and logs to ensure optimal payment journey performance;
• Collaborate effectively and cross-functionally with various teams (Checkout, Channels, Financial Products), evaluating technical feasibility and refining requirements;
• Offer mentorship and support the technical growth of other developers, actively engaging in Code Review processes.
• Extensive experience with .NET (C#), covering both legacy and current framework versions;
• Prior involvement in system modernization initiatives and the disassembly of monoliths into microservices;
• Understanding of cloud architecture (experience with AWS is advantageous);
• Expertise in SQL Server and familiarity with PostgreSQL;
• Strong communication skills with the capability to navigate organizational dynamics and engage stakeholders.
