This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

• Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Collaborate on system architecture, implementation, and testing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal teams or clients.

• Contribute to the development of user-focused applications and backend services.

• Promote and uphold development standards and best practices in software engineering.

• Actively participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies.

• Provide insights in project planning and technical decision-making.

• Over 8 years of hands-on experience with .NET and C#.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.

• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).

• Familiarity with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.

• Proficiency in using ADO.NET and Entity Framework.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
