NEST Supplement Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing or reviewing a detailed assessment of damages for both first and third-party material damage claims

• Providing training, guidance, quality control, and technical support on material damage claims

• Evaluating and composing both supplemental and initial estimates

• Recording claim activities

• Addressing repair-related issues

• Ensuring adherence to company standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth expertise in material damage

• Proficient in writing estimates

• Capability to communicate and negotiate effectively with repair shops, clients, and internal stakeholders

• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities

• Strong knowledge of automotive estimating

• Robust background in insurance claims.

• Additional state adjuster licenses are a plus.
