This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Acts as the subject matter expert for all workflows related to the designated line(s) of business.
β’ Collaborates with the Training Team and/or Supervisors to set up the training schedule.
β’ Aids in the development and upkeep of training materials.
β’ Conducts training for all new hires and supports ongoing training initiatives for current team members.
β’ Provides timely feedback to leadership regarding training achievements and areas needing improvement for both new hires and existing team members.
β’ Oversees Lead Quality Management for the entire team, ensuring that all leads are addressed promptly and scheduling opportunities are handled effectively.
β’ Reviews Call Detail information daily to guarantee that LQM is optimized for scheduling opportunities.
β’ Responsible for generating all daily reports, including telephonic data, call documentation, and lead status, to be presented to leadership.
β’ Assists the team with call handling, dedicating up to 50% of time to this task.
β’ Supports ancillary tasks as directed by the supervisor.
β’ Navigates Veteran initiatives as relevant to the line of business.
β’ Assists with escalated calls.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ A minimum of 6 months as a top-performing team member.
β’ Consistently met defined KPIs for the last 6 months of employment.
β’ No disciplinary actions within the last year of employment.
