Nederlandstalige Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assisting customers through chat, email, and phone

• Resolving technical and service inquiries

• Ensuring a positive experience for each customer

• Processing feedback in systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2)

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Basic computer skills

• Willingness to live and work in Lisbon
