Nederlandse Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as a brand ambassador for 123inkt, delivering exceptional support in the consumer services sector.

• Handle incoming sales inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high conversion rates.

• Offer expert product advice to Dutch-speaking clients regarding office and printing supplies.

• Maintain comprehensive customer records and accurately process orders within the company's CRM system.

• Address customer issues with a professional and solution-focused approach to foster long-term loyalty.

• Work collaboratively with the international team to enhance sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.

• Contribute to team objectives by achieving and surpassing established performance metrics and KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• Proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication within our international team.

• Valid EU passport is required.

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the consumer services sector is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting customers in finding optimal solutions.

• A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
