This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly to new leads, aiming for a 2-minute response time with a maximum threshold of 5 minutes during designated coverage hours.

• Conduct 5 to 10-minute qualifying calls to verify budget, authority, current advertising tracking, pain points, and urgency before passing leads to a closer.

• Record every interaction in HubSpot in real time.

• Manage leads across Direct, Agency, and Affiliate channels.

• Identify and filter out obvious spam or test entries from genuine leads.

• Follow up via email or SMS with leads who did not provide a phone number.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to consistently cover a specific off-hours block including evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Flexibility in availability is advantageous.

• Comfortable engaging with strangers over the phone in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Must have a reliable internet and phone setup; should be reachable throughout the entire shift.

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Should be comfortable being evaluated based on response time, connection rate, and confirmation rate.

• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus, but not required.
