National Trainer – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Consult with customers, install, and provide training on CDK Global solutions.

• Gain a thorough understanding of products within designated workflows, including parts, service, accounting, and sales.

• Identify customer business needs and suggest suitable functionality and configurations.

• Verify and validate setup configurations as well as conversion data.

• Hold status meetings with customer personnel to discuss ongoing issues, incompatibilities, functionality gaps, product change requests, and process modifications.

• Collaborate with clients to create and finalize action plans addressing outstanding issues.

• Complete daily trip reports to document project status updates.

• Facilitate ongoing activities and ensure client readiness for go-live.

• Track customer trainee progress and establish training objectives.

• Stay updated with current product, process, and industry knowledge.

• Respond to participant inquiries and expand on training material.

• Utilize adult learning theories and facilitation skills to accommodate various learning styles and group dynamics.

• Mentor and train new associates or those new to a specific product set.

• Monitor and document the progress of associate trainees.

• Support on-site leadership by focusing on project milestones and deliverables.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to travel 100%, including air travel and extended driving.

• Available for periodic weekend travel and/or work requests.

• Flexible with non-standard working conditions, including standing and walking.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Automotive is required.

• Experience in Retail Automotive Management is mandatory.

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience is required.

• A valid Passport for travel to North America, Canada, and the Caribbean is necessary.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to rent a vehicle.

• CDK Retail certification in primary Workflow is preferred.

• Encouragement for CDK Retail certification in core Workflow Add-Ons.

• Encouragement for CDK Retail certification in additional Workflows.

• Formal training experience is encouraged.

• Retail experience in additional CDK Workflows is preferred.
