This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide consultation, installation, and training for CDK Global solutions to customers.

• Gain an understanding of products related to assigned workflows, which include parts, service, accounting, and sales.

• Assess customer functionality and configuration requirements, offering tailored recommendations.

• Verify and validate setup configurations along with conversion data.

• Hold status meetings with key personnel from customer organizations and finalize action plans for unresolved issues.

• Complete daily trip reports that document the status of projects.

• Facilitate ongoing work activities and ensure clients are prepared for go-live.

• Monitor the progress of customer trainees and establish training objectives.

• Maintain expertise in products, processes, and the automotive sector.

• Address participant inquiries and adapt training materials to suit various learning styles.

• Manage both group and individual dynamics to meet training goals.

• Mentor and train new associates.

• Track and document the progress of associate trainees.

• Support on-site leadership initiatives to enhance customer experience and project quality.

• Execute other related duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel 100%, including flying and extended driving.

• Availability for periodic weekend travel and work requests.

• Flexibility to work under non-standard conditions, which may include standing and walking.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Automotive.

• Required experience in Retail Automotive Management.

• Associate's Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.

• Possession of a valid Passport for travel within North America, Canada, and the Caribbean.

• Must hold a valid driver's license and be eligible to rent a vehicle.
