National Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation, installation, and training for customers utilizing CDK Global solutions.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of products within designated workflows, including parts, service, accounting, and sales.

• Engage with customers to assess necessary functionality and configuration, offering informed recommendations.

• Verify and validate setup configurations along with conversion data.

• Conduct regular status meetings with customer personnel to discuss outstanding issues, workflow mismatches, functionality deficiencies, product change requests, and process modifications.

• Collaborate with clients to finalize action plans addressing any unresolved issues.

• Prepare daily trip reports that document project progress for relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee work-in-progress activities to ensure client readiness for go-live.

• Track the progress of customer trainees and establish training objectives.

• Maintain an up-to-date proficiency in products, processes, and the automotive industry.

• Respond to participant inquiries and expand on training content as needed.

• Utilize adult learning theory and facilitation techniques to tailor training and manage learning environments effectively.

• Mentor and train new associates or those unfamiliar with a specific product set.

• Monitor and document the progress of associate trainees.

• Assist on-site leadership by concentrating on project milestones and deliverables.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be willing to travel 100%, including air travel and extended driving.

• Availability for occasional weekend travel and/or work requests is necessary.

• Flexible to adapt to non-standard working conditions, such as standing and walking.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Automotive is required.

• Retail Automotive Management experience is mandatory.

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience is needed.

• A valid Passport is required for travel to North America, Canada, and the Caribbean.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to rent a vehicle.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Experience in Retail within additional CDK Work Flows is preferred.

• Formal training experience is encouraged.

• CDK Retail certification in the primary Work Flow is preferred.

• CDK Retail certification in core Work Flow Add-Ons is encouraged.

• CDK Retail certification in additional Work Flows is also encouraged.
