This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver hands-on technical training in person at various branches located in Quebec, the Maritimes, Eastern Ontario, and additional regions as necessary.
• Assist with new store openings (NSO) and support existing locations to guarantee readiness and operational excellence.
• Engage directly with technicians to enhance:
• Installation techniques.
• Implementation of ADAS calibrations.
• Quality and efficiency of repairs.
• Collaborate closely with the National Technical Trainer to ensure training priorities are aligned and effectively executed.
• Bilingual proficiency (French and English) is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the installation, repair, and calibration of automotive glass.
• In-depth knowledge of:
• ADAS systems and calibration methodologies.
• OEM installation standards and safety protocols.
• Proven track record in technical training or coaching within a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of shop operations and optimization of work processes.
• Exceptional communication and training delivery abilities.
• Strong leadership presence with the capacity to influence without direct authority.
• High level of accountability and ownership.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relationship-oriented approach with excellent engagement skills for franchisees.
• Highly organized with effective management of calendar and priorities.
• Frequent travel opportunities across Canada.
• Primary focus on Quebec, supported nationally as needed.
• Flexibility required to accommodate store openings, urgent escalations, and scheduled training events.
