This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with National and Regional leadership to identify targeted offices and producers for growth opportunities.
• Partner with National colleagues to facilitate introductions at both the regional and office levels.
• Analyze our Total Addressable Market (TAM) by brand and utilize data analysis to formulate a go-to-market strategy.
• Work in conjunction with SVPs and RVPs to address follow-up action items during regular Agency Reviews.
• Assess the effectiveness of partnerships, both internal and external.
• Tackle market challenges and internal process inefficiencies that may impede growth and/or retention.
• Lead agency-specific meetings on both Regional and National levels.
• Organize and drive targeted EB conferences and agency-specific webinars within the territory.
• Implement a local strategy plan aimed at expanding new office and broker relationships.
• Collaborate with relevant PH team members for market data analysis (including BF, PH reporting, and LinkedIn Navigator).
• Plan and facilitate National and Regional training sessions to enhance partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in account management within a benefits consulting firm, health benefits vendor, or national health insurer.
• A strategic thinker and relationship builder committed to fostering new partnerships and maximizing the growth of existing ones.
• Ability to thrive in the ambiguity of a dynamic, growing company, demonstrating innovation and creative problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, with the competence to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Strong program management and organizational capabilities, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, possessing a strong executive presence and the ability to represent the Cost Containment team and company effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in analyzing data from diverse sources.
