This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops, designs, and executes training modules for the field sales team and customer accounts.
• Formulates and applies an annual sales training strategy utilizing the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) framework.
• Works collaboratively with internal teams including field sales, marketing, national accounts, and customer service to gather competitive insights, market trends, and new product innovations or launches to support the content creation for training modules.
• Creates engaging content and facilitates interactive training sessions for national accounts and regional key accounts.
• Generates high-quality content to enhance SIGVARIS brand awareness, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Partners with the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers to identify training requirements and gaps to enhance sales force performance.
• Conducts product demonstrations to assist in influencing purchasing decisions made by account decision-makers.
• Actively participates in the planning, content creation, and execution of National and Regional Sales Meetings.
• Attends and supports regional/national tradeshows, conferences, and meetings as necessary.
• Designs and leads Virtual and Instructor-led training (VILT/ILT) across various digital platforms.
• Capable of creating and utilizing video editing software (applications) and live streaming training modules when appropriate.
• Must effectively promote SIGVARIS corporate values and company culture both internally and externally.
• Exhibits effective communication abilities.
• Adheres to established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO standards, 6S and Lean Manufacturing, as well as Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Accurately executes other assigned duties and responsibilities to maintain an efficient workflow.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a sales trainer is necessary.
• Preferred candidates will possess training experience with medical compression therapy (and products) along with a comprehensive understanding of venous disease and the lymphedema and lipedema markets, although this is not mandatory.
• Capability to design and implement annual sales training plans and develop training programs.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
• Enhances job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Strong customer-facing abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
• Willingness to listen, coupled with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Proficiency in budget management is essential.
