This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote Ajax’s recently launched EN54 line for commercial fire applications in Egypt.
• Identify, assess, and recruit new Fire Installers throughout the region, ensuring presence in essential markets and sectors.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Architects, and Design firms to specify Ajax’s products.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market data to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and present compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass designated sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Over 10 years of experience in fire and life safety or a related industry in Egypt.
• Strong technical understanding of fire alarm certifications, standards, and market needs.
• Well-connected with leading fire alarm Installers, Consultants, Architects, and Design firms.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales process, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at the executive level.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market trends, identifying customer needs, and crafting effective solutions.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
