This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop, strategize, and implement sales initiatives and priorities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and operating profit targets.
• Recruit, train, nurture, and retain Sales Representatives to foster sales expansion.
• Compile and present sales reports and analyses to uncover trends, business prospects, and challenges to growth.
• Track market trends and relay insights to internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Showcase the appropriate use of products, evaluate customer needs, and devise strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.
• Actively identify, establish, and sustain robust relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales management, with a minimum of 6 years in the medical device sales sector.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in guiding high-performing teams with a strong emphasis on results, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Highly proactive and results-driven individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in both Italian and English.
