This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide immediate field coverage for unoccupied territories, employee leaves, and transitional periods.

• Ensure consistent reach and frequency across designated accounts.

• Carry out full-territory responsibilities while supporting priority accounts.

• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports to management and stakeholders.

• Leverage territory resources, marketing materials, and sales tools effectively.

• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements when engaging with customers.

• Report Adverse Events and Technical Complaints to Tolmar Pharmacovigilance and Patient Safety in accordance with SOP-00821.

• Conduct high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals and accounts that align with brand strategy.

• Aid in pull-through initiatives, including B&B execution and discussions related to access.

• Ensure continuity in patient flow, prescriptions, and refill activities.

• Quickly acclimate to new territories, regions, and account environments.

• Adjust to the needs of the business unit, including launches, pilot programs, and surge support.

• Collaborate effectively with Regional Sales Directors, Key Account Managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Work alongside Market Access, Medical, and Patient Services to address account-level challenges.

• Align with Key Account Managers on system-level strategies and execution support.

• Share insights from the field to contribute to business strategy and coverage requirements.

• Engage with the Tolmar team for continuous skill enhancement.

• Report to the Regional Sales Director with centralized deployment coordination.

• Support the Pediatric Endocrinology business unit while operating from a traveling home base.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Three to four years of experience in industry sales.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly adapt to new territories and customer segments.

• Strong business acumen and skills in account management.

• Preferred: experience in specialty, rare disease, or institutional sales.

• Preferred: proven track record of managing multiple geographies or complex territories.

• Preferred: experience in cross-functional collaboration with KAM, Market Access, or Medical teams.

• Willingness to travel geographically as business needs dictate.

• Capability to spend four nights a week traveling for work.

• Flexibility to relocate within the U.S. as necessary.
