This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Lead and supervise a team or multiple teams of Field Reimbursement Managers, assisting healthcare professionals with access and reimbursement issues.
• Manage the onboarding process for Ferring and oversee brand-specific field certification.
• Collaborate with leadership from various multifunctional teams to enhance reimbursement outcomes.
• Offer reimbursement coaching expertise regarding coding, coverage, and payment policies across different products and service environments.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Develop and execute strategies for access and reimbursement.
• Identify reimbursement obstacles and ensure proper access to therapies.
• Work alongside the Patient Access team to address daily operational requirements.
• Maintain compliance with engagement rules, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Create and distribute regular reports on relevant metrics.
• Partner with Insight and Analytics to assess access and reimbursement trends.
• Ensure adherence to adverse-event and product-complaint reporting protocols.
• Participate in relevant internal and external meetings.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree or specific experience in practice management is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in reimbursement, patient access, or market access is essential.
• At least 5 years in a management position, preferably in market access management.
• Experience in Specialty Care, Rare Disease, or Oncology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with patient-centric teams and third-party vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems, coding, and billing practices.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and executing associated strategies and plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Compliance with adverse-event and product-complaint reporting obligations is required.
