National Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all team members adopt the Sciens safety culture and adhere to all safety initiatives.

• Assess the current execution capabilities of the Sciens Service Suite (S3) across different divisions.

• Identify any capability gaps and collaborate with division management to develop and implement action plans to achieve comprehensive S3 capabilities.

• Guarantee that division associates receive the appropriate training to excel in their respective roles.

• Support divisions in their communication with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to effectively execute plans, programs, and processes.

• Provide updates on the progress of S3 execution capabilities by division to the senior executive team.

• Take corrective measures when necessary.

• Foster a high-performance culture at the division level.

• Assist with manpower planning and resource allocation for assigned divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in an operations manager position within the fire alarm, fire protection, and security sectors, or a combination thereof.

• Ability to communicate effectively with company leadership, regional staff, customers, and vendors.

• Strong capabilities in team building and leadership.

• Knowledge of contemporary fire alarm, fire protection, and security systems.

• Solid understanding of profit and loss statements and essential financial drivers.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time or as required.
