This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Grow as a devoted disciple of Jesus Christ by deepening your love for God, His Word, His diverse people, and His global purposes.
• Take the initiative to enhance personal growth, particularly in emotional and spiritual well-being, self-awareness, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Train staff in Ministry Partnership Development (MPD): Integrate and apply principles and practices of spiritual formation throughout the MPD process.
• Guide staff through the MPD cycle, utilizing best practices and setting clear expectations.
• Offer accountability and encouragement to team members.
• Enhance the effectiveness of the national MPD coaching team: Collaborate with other national MPD coaches to deliver MPD training and coaching.
• Monitor, evaluate, and refresh MPD best practices regularly.
• Attend and provide training at field and national meetings as needed, representing the MPD department.
• Build and nurture your personal MPD team, ensuring you raise 100% of your annual ministry budget.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in personal fundraising is essential.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and individuals simultaneously, including organizing events, coaching sessions, travel, and training activities.
• Ability to maintain precise records and documentation.
• Competence to take initiative and work independently without close oversight.
• Capability to perform under the pressure of deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to hold individuals accountable and engage in challenging conversations.
• Leadership qualities, including problem-solving and robust conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative team player who can work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Openness to learning new concepts, methods, and skills.
• Proficiency in current Microsoft software applications (Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proven ability and commitment to thrive in a diverse team environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
