This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with Building Service Contractors, Service Providers, Managed Services organizations, and other national multi-unit key accounts.
• Achieve profitable growth by developing and implementing multi-year joint business plans.
• Increase KCP product adoption throughout customer headquarters, field operations, and multi-location end-user sites.
• Foster relationships with senior leadership in procurement, operations, finance, and facilities.
• Track strategic initiatives, tackle business challenges, highlight successes, and eliminate obstacles.
• Optimize and expand the Kimberly-Clark Professional portfolio, concentrating on account penetration, site-level compliance, and growth in market share.
• Create and lead customer presentations for joint business planning, category line reviews, distribution pitches, trade shows, and promotional strategies.
• Assist with forecasting, promotional planning, management of category line reviews, trade shows, and tracking sales performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, National Accounts, and RGM.
• Implement eCommerce, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Terms and Conditions initiatives with clients.
• Suggest and enact process improvements that support partner-led growth, commercialization, and account penetration.
• Utilize analytics to pinpoint risks and opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience with a National Account customer base is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales.
• Proficient analytical skills driven by data and effective decision-making.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at the executive level.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team managing large and complex customer accounts.
• Proven experience in managing and influencing relationships with executives, both internally and externally.
• Track record of delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including occasional weekends for retailer trade shows.
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Segments and relevant distribution channels is preferred.
• Candidates must be local and authorized to work in the United States; Kimberly-Clark will not offer relocation assistance.
