This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with Building Service Contractors, Service Providers, and key multi-unit national accounts.
• Drive profitable growth through the development and execution of multi-year joint business strategies.
• Increase the adoption of Kimberly-Clark Professional products across headquarters, field operations, and multi-location end-user sites.
• Foster relationships with senior leadership in procurement, operations, finance, and facilities.
• Optimize and grow the KCP portfolio with an emphasis on account penetration, site-level compliance, and market share expansion.
• Promote sales in hand hygiene, tissue, and wiping product categories.
• Create and lead customer presentations for business planning, category line reviews, distribution proposals, trade shows, and promotional strategies.
• Assist with forecasting, promotional planning, category line review management, trade shows, and sales performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, National Accounts, and RGM.
• Implement eCommerce, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Terms and Conditions initiatives with clients.
• Suggest and execute process enhancements that support partner-led growth, commercialization, and account penetration.
• Utilize insights to identify risks and opportunities, recommending solutions backed by analytics.
• Over 5 years of sales experience.
• More than 3 years of proven experience with a National Account customer base is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-depth understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at the executive level.
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
• Experience as part of a cross-functional team managing large and intricate customer accounts.
• Proven experience in managing and influencing executive-level relationships, both internal and external.
• Track record of achieving results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including occasional weekends for retailer trade shows.
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Segments and relevant distribution channels is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; relocation support is not provided.
