This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Stakeholder Management: Oversee the comprehensive management of key stakeholders who play a pivotal role in influencing the healthcare landscape and facilitating access to innovations.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and cultivate a team to meet both short-term and long-term business goals while establishing strategic partnerships across healthcare systems.
• Tender Strategy Success: Develop and implement overarching tender strategies in conjunction with Sales and Marketing leaders within the business unit to secure successful outcomes.
• Commercial Transformations: Spearhead the adoption of significant internal commercial transformation initiatives.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives: Drive new growth opportunities by creating Go-To-Market models, encompassing Enabling Technologies and private markets, among others.
• Senior Leadership Role: Play a vital role in shaping the trajectory of Depuy Synthes in Canada as an engaged member of the leadership team.
• Support Marketing Initiatives
• Contribute to the formulation of annual business plans
• Develop tools and processes for market access related to Enabling Technologies
• A Bachelor’s degree from a university is mandatory; an MBA in Science and/or Business Management is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Leadership and/or Key Account Management is essential.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in people management is required.
• A willingness to travel at least 25% of the time (both flying and driving) is necessary.
• Experience in MedTech, Pharma, SaaS, or within life sciences or Biotech is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools, MS Dynamics, and Co-pilot is preferred.
• Proficiency in the French language is highly preferred.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move objects exceeding 25 lbs (10 kg).
• Sustained visual focus and concentration for extended periods is required.
• The role involves regular computer use on a near-continuous basis each day.
• Regular exposure to hazardous chemicals, noise, odors, dirt/dust, fumes, temperature extremes, vibration, and other challenging workplace conditions should be acknowledged.
• The nature of the work necessitates that the employee may be in either isolated or crowded environments.
• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; 48 hours per calendar year for employees residing in Colorado; 56 hours per calendar year for employees residing in Washington.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year following the birth, adoption, or foster care of a child.
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours within a 52-week rolling period.
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
