National Corporate Accounts Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulating and implementing access strategies for key institutional clients and federal accounts.

• Enhancing coverage, utilization, and sustained access for Ipsen’s portfolio in the U.S.

• Leading a team of Corporate Account Directors.

• Establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with essential decision-makers.

• Assisting in the Value & Access strategy, which includes contracting and value communication initiatives.

• Collaborating across various functions with multiple stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience/expertise in U.S. Market Access.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and negotiate complex contracts within healthcare systems.

• Proven track record in enhancing access within P&T’s, pathways, EMR’s, and order sets.

• Strong knowledge of reimbursement (Buy & Bill), Medicare (Parts A, B, C, D), Medicaid, and commercial payer dynamics.

• Experience in leading and developing market access account management teams.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or similar) is preferred.
