National Commercial Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage substantial volumes of files related to National Commercial transactions

• Act as the main contact for underwriters, clients and their legal representatives, lenders, brokers, and external vendors

• Evaluate and assess Purchase/Sale Agreements to ensure adherence to specified terms and conditions

• Review Purchase/Sale Agreements in order to generate closing statements

• Verify financial details with all parties involved in the closing process

• Address and resolve inquiries from clients and third parties promptly

⛳️ Requirements

• Permanent position

• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory

• Significant experience in National commercial transactions

• Strong understanding of Title bills and Title policies

• Background in national commercial transactions, including compliance, settlement, disbursements, and funding

• Candidates with expertise and comprehensive knowledge of Title Insurance are highly encouraged to apply

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with SoftPro Select is advantageous

• Excellent time management capabilities
