This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and implement talent management strategies, including coaching, succession planning, and career pathing, to cultivate a high-performing and resilient team.
• Oversee the clinical resource plan for resourcing implementation teams to enhance deliverable timelines and expedite technology adoption.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives within the team through effective execution, intentional project debriefs, and ongoing training/education sessions.
• Work collaboratively with customer support teams to devise and implement solutions aimed at rectifying any shortcomings in our delivery process and engagements.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative reporting to generate insights for enhancements, ensure compliance, elevate customer experience (implementations, training, technical support, etc.), and inform business decisions.
• Exhibit and mentor the team in delivering customer-oriented responses to inquiries and problem-solving in a professional and effective manner.
• Collaborate with the operations support team to create dashboards and training materials to enhance the team’s experience and efficiency.
• Determine training needs and skill development opportunities to formulate an action plan for each associate, alongside overall regional training readiness.
• Engage with key customer stakeholders to drive adoption strategies, guarantee long-term value realization, and bolster retention and growth initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, customer presentations, and field enablement.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and mitigation of business and operational risks.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Lifesciences, Clinical Sciences, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Clinical applications, Clinical data management, and/or Diagnostics, Medical Devices.
• Strong background in implementation management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, including resource planning and performance management.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Fluency in French (reading, writing, speaking) is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical lab experience is desirable.
