National Client Manager – Senior PCA Reviewer, Agency Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing major national accounts

• Establishing direct client relationships to support sales initiatives through effective account servicing

• Acting as the primary engineering or architectural lead for national accounts

• Maintaining a technical review workload and assigning reviews to support personnel as necessary

• Ensuring that all projects are staffed with qualified field assessors

• Overseeing Building Assessment projects carried out by associate consultants

• Offering training and mentorship to junior team members

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the client's objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A decade of experience in conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)

• Three years of experience performing PCAs for all categories of multifamily housing

• Knowledge and experience in evaluating various property types

• Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines for Property Needs Assessments

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Must be a proactive self-starter, resourceful, and capable of working efficiently and independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Quire is a plus
