National Associate Director of Development – Major Gifts Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the qualification and nurturing of individual donors contributing between $1,000 and $25,000

• Create and maintain a portfolio of qualified donors while fostering strong relationships

• Formulate customized engagement strategies to motivate substantial support for our mission

• Develop engagement plans for donors and prospects that include revenue forecasts

• Timely record donor information in the database

• Aid in the creation and implementation of fundraising strategies, campaigns, and best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of proven experience in donor-facing fundraising

• Proven track record in soliciting and securing gifts of five figures or more

• Capability to engage, influence, and motivate donors and stakeholders from varied backgrounds

• Strong history of soliciting and obtaining major gifts

• Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to independently propel activities

• Excellent ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels

• Experience utilizing data and analytics to shape donor cultivation strategies

• Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with donor management systems, preferably Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
