This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for establishing and overseeing TRIP’s business across Club retail channels, with a primary focus on Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale.
• Facilitate key retailer relationships and formulate strategies for account growth.
• Oversee promotional and assortment planning, ensuring effective execution for sustained growth.
• Craft and implement customer strategies aimed at enhancing sales growth, profitability, and distribution expansion.
• Prepare line reviews, explore potential roadshow opportunities, and develop sell-in strategies.
• Design and manage promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and retailer programs.
• Foster relationships with buyers, brokers, distributor partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate across functions with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.
• Assess sales performance and inventory trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Take ownership of forecasting responsibilities for designated accounts.
• Manage retailer-specific systems and maintain account details.
• Work with trade marketing to create activations tailored to specific accounts.
• Prepare and deliver business updates along with strategic recommendations to leadership.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing Club retail accounts, ideally with Costco, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s Wholesale.
• 4-5 years of experience in the CPG industry, preferably within the beverage or functional wellness sectors.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with Club buyers, brokers, and distributor partners.
• Comprehensive understanding of Club channel dynamics, including pack architecture, promotional planning, inventory management, and high-volume retail execution.
• Experience managing large-scale product launches and enhancing sales velocity in high-volume retail settings.
• Passionate about TRIP and motivated by the mission to help millions achieve calm.
• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere with the capacity to adapt swiftly and achieve results.
• Highly organized self-starter with excellent project management and follow-through skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with retailer portals and syndicated data platforms is preferred.
• Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and video conferencing platforms.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer meetings, trade shows, and market visits.
• Must possess a reliable car, valid driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance.
