
National Account Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Oversee 450–550 national account projects from the initial order intake to final installation and project closeout.
• Interpret and analyze architectural drawings and specifications.
• Input and manage orders within D365.
• Collaborate with the Credit department to address any credit holds.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Work with internal branch offices to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Monitor each project's progress using a centralized tracking system.
• Actively follow up on projects to ensure timely shipment and installation.
• Partner with the Contracts team to secure signed agreements.
• Promptly and appropriately escalate any issues that arise.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with Factory, Operations, Distribution, and Service teams.
• Provide consistent updates to account leadership regarding project status.
• Keep documentation and audit trails for all project-related decisions.
• 2-3+ years of experience in project management or account management.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or construction-related sectors.
• Familiarity with automatic doors/access controls or similar products is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Proven capability to manage a high volume of simultaneous projects (400+).
• Exceptional customer-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Established track record of effective escalation and cross-functional problem resolution.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
