This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the main daily business liaison for Lowe's merchants, planners, and category managers.
β’ Build relationships within Lowe's merchandising, replenishment, and e-commerce teams.
β’ Assist in Joint Business Planning efforts and strategic growth initiatives.
β’ Organize and conduct customer business reviews and discussions on category performance.
β’ Coordinate resources across functions to fulfill customer commitments and objectives.
β’ Achieve annual revenue, profit, and growth targets for an approximately $29 million Honeywell Home business.
β’ Discover opportunities to broaden distribution, enhance market share, and expedite category growth.
β’ Formulate and implement customer growth strategies.
β’ Track POS trends, customer analytics, and market conditions.
β’ Aid in operating plans, forecasts, and demand planning.
β’ Direct assortment recommendations, placement, merchandising strategies, planogram discussions, and SKU productivity optimization.
β’ Oversee new product launches and innovation initiatives, including sell-in strategies and launch tracking.
β’ Assist in pricing strategy, promotional planning, profitability analysis, and customer negotiations.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Product Management.
β’ Address customer concerns related to supply, service, inventory, and product availability.
β’ Synchronize inventory strategies with customer demand and internal priorities.
β’ 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, category management, or customer leadership.
β’ Extensive experience managing national retail accounts, ideally with Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards, Ace, or other leading retailers.
β’ Proven track record in revenue growth and increasing profitable market share.
β’ Knowledge of assortment planning, merchandising, and category management principles.
β’ Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and forecasting abilities.
β’ Advanced skills in Excel, customer reporting tools, and POS analysis.
β’ Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
β’ Experience in smart home, electrical, security, HVAC, thermostat, sensing, or consumer products industries is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Lowe's merchandising processes and organizational structures is advantageous.
β’ Experience with syndicated data, category analytics, and retail forecasting is valued.
