This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee sales management and optimize profits with one or more designated national retailers and distribution channels.
• Enhance market presence through account expansion and the establishment of new accounts.
• Ensure sales objectives are met by nurturing long-term business relationships.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the appointed national retailers and distribution channel(s).
• Build and maintain robust business relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
• Discover new opportunities for product launches.
• Formulate national strategic plans and assess sales performance.
• Keep abreast of current consumer market trends and insights.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the brand’s product lines.
• Develop and deliver presentations on products, promotions, etc., to decision-makers.
• Provide forecasting data regarding projected product demand.
• Actively engage in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Participate in trade shows and other customer-related events.
• Support the business unit budgeting process.
• May assist in training sales representatives and/or the sales support team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in sales/account management within the consumer products sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.
• Familiarity with channel/distributor sales techniques and best practices.
• Proficient in using a Personal Computer (PC), including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
