
National Account Manager, Data Center Colocation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Building trust with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Assessing client requirements to offer solutions that guarantee their success and enhance account value.
• Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (marketing, sales, support) to ensure deadlines are met.
• Negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, and compiling regular reports on account performance.
• Serving as the initial point of escalation to address issues and uphold client satisfaction.
• Conducting meetings with C-level executives both externally and internally.
• Demonstrated experience as a national account manager, key account manager, or in a regional account manager capacity.
• Experience with colo data centers involving one or more of the following: (Digital Reality, Compass, Aligned Data Centers, QTS, Powerhouse).
• Background in selling electrical or related engineering services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Skilled in analyzing sales data and tracking KPIs to guide strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
