Communications & Media Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Design and implement A1's global communications strategy.

• Cultivate relationships with technology, business, and mainstream media outlets.

• Generate media angles and actively secure coverage from reputable press.

• Compose and refine press releases, announcements, company updates, and executive communications.

• Define company messaging, positioning, and product narratives.

• Prepare founders and executives for media interviews, conferences, and public engagements.

• Create communication strategies for product launches, partnerships, and significant company milestones.

• Track media coverage and pinpoint opportunities to enhance A1's brand presence.

• Collaborate closely with product, recruiting, and leadership teams to maintain consistent external messaging.

• Assist with crisis communications and reputation management as needed.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, capable of simplifying complex products.

• Established connections with technology and business journalists.

• Experience overseeing communications for product launches or significant announcements.

• Excellent judgment and the skill to craft compelling narratives.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with founders and senior leadership.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
