This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing and enhancing the current HSL Plexus customer portfolio.
• Serving as the primary commercial liaison for customer development and account expansion.
• Fostering strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, operational teams, compliance teams, estates teams, and procurement contacts.
• Conducting regular review meetings with customers to evaluate system performance, customer satisfaction, and upcoming opportunities.
• Discovering avenues to broaden the use of Plexus technology across additional locations, buildings, monitoring points, divisions, and regions.
• Assisting customers in transitioning from initial installations or pilot programs to larger rollouts.
• Developing structured account plans for key customers, which include stakeholder maps, growth opportunities, risks, and next steps.
• Collaborating with HSL Compliance Account Managers, Regional Directors, and group companies to pinpoint suitable Plexus opportunities.
• Participating in customer meetings to articulate the Plexus solution and showcase its commercial, operational, and compliance advantages.
• Coordinating with technical, operational, customer support, and compliance teams to effectively manage customer requirements.
• Keeping precise CRM records, account plans, customer activities, pipeline data, and growth projections.
• Identifying prospects for customer case studies, testimonials, and reference sites.
• Traveling nationally to participate in meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and developing existing B2B customer accounts.
• A demonstrated ability to recognize account growth, upselling, cross-selling, or broader rollout opportunities.
• Background in a technical, compliance, water hygiene, facilities management, SaaS, IoT, or service-oriented environment would be beneficial.
• Strong commercial insight and a customer-centric approach.
• Confidence in building relationships with operational and senior-level stakeholders.
• Capability to articulate technical solutions clearly and practically.
• Experience in conducting customer reviews and formulating structured account plans.
• Excellent organization, planning, and CRM management skills.
• A proactive, professional, and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
• A valid UK driving license.
