This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Act as the main relationship manager for a portfolio of key legacy accounts.
• Perform regular business reviews to gain insights into customer needs, pinpoint enhancements, and tackle retention risks.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to provide outstanding service.
• Discover and pursue opportunities for expansion in PaaS, AI Labs, Strings, and other enterprise solutions.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders in radiology, cardiology, IT, and executive leadership.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments that align with customer goals.
• Present solutions, deliver overviews, and facilitate educational sessions for customers.
• Work together with subject matter experts to assist in customer discussions and promote solution adoption.
• Counsel customers on industry best practices, workflow efficiencies, and patient care enhancements.
• Keep abreast of trends in medical imaging, clinical AI, and healthcare operations.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to inform service improvements, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify competitive threats, customer concerns, and retention risks, and formulate engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Experience, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, account activities, growth opportunities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Engage in account planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical imaging, healthcare technology, or related sectors.
• Prior experience in selling radiology, imaging, or post-processing solutions is highly desirable.
• ARRT certification is strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of radiology workflows, including CT and MRI modalities and post-processing methods.
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex deals within healthcare organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while consistently achieving activity and meeting targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Advanced certifications or training in radiologic technology or sales management are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% to meet clients and participate in industry conferences and events.
