This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform long-form videos into various short-form edits for A/B testing and performance enhancement.

• Utilize Premiere Pro to edit with a compelling narrative flow and structure.

• Create simple motion graphics in After Effects to enrich the storytelling experience.

• Incorporate sound design that enhances the emotional impact of each edit.

• Refine edits based on performance metrics across different platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in editing short-form content, preferably with a focus on narrative storytelling.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics is essential.

• A solid understanding of sound design as a narrative tool rather than just a finishing touch.

• Comfortable experimenting with various cuts/hooks to identify the most effective options.

• Must be located in the US or South America.
