This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the primary licensing contact for our most valuable clients.
β’ Provide guidance to customers on the optimal Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing framework tailored to their requirements.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives on ongoing sales opportunities, participating in sales calls to assess and confirm licensing needs.
β’ Educate and support internal teams regarding Microsoft licensing programs, products, and best practices.
β’ Manage and resolve licensing inquiries and customer requests efficiently.
β’ Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure licensing, including GCC and GCC High licensing.
β’ Extensive understanding of Microsoft 365 products, features, and licensing models.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
β’ Proficient in researching and interpreting Microsoft licensing documentation.
β’ Experience in advising customers or internal teams on licensing choices.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Familiarity with ticketing systems and handling customer requests.
β’ Comfortable operating in a remote setting.
β’ Self-driven and motivated.
